The breakfast offers plenty of croissants, toast, and cheese. The room is recently refurbished and reasonably large and there are spectacular views.

Everything was very good, very friendly staff, practical location not far from the town square, Menaggio, right next to all the restaurants and a short walk from the ferry, and other lakes in the area that were well worthwhile.

Everything is perfect.
Polite and amazingly nice staff as one would expect. Very central location not far from the ferry dock, and the center of Menaggio, and bars and cafés are minutes from the hotel. Need to add that there's a lot of restaurants to choose from, like Il Ristorante di Paolo, located within 5 minutes walk or so.

The hotel is pleasant and fairly clean, nestled in a very pleasant building with spectacular view of lake. The very very good and adequate breakfast offers excellent food: croissants, toast, and cheese. It has exceptionally nice and very pleasant personnel especially the doorman.

Certainly a lovely experience for shopping in Menaggio. Fairly clean, enchanting hotel, fantastic location. Nice assortment of croissants, toast and cheese for breakfast. Lovely modern units with balcony and welcoming staff.

Booked a room with spectacular views over lake. Central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a writing desk worked well and the bed was good sized.
